Question: me and my husband had sex during my period and around the time i was on my period i was supposed to go in to my dr and get my depo shot again but didnt make it and i dont have medicaid anymore. and now im having bad heart burn and my breast nipples have been very tinder.. does this mean anything?

Hello,
Depending on when you had your depo shot, it can still be effective for a few weeks after you are supposed to get another shot, so there is a good chance it was still effective when you had sex. Also, if you were having your period at the time of sex, pregnancy would be very unlikely, both because of the blood which would interfere with the sperm travelling to the uterus, and because it would be unlikely you would ovulate shortly after this in order to be able to get pregnant. You can check a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after the last time you had sex to make sure, but I would expect that it will be negative.
