Brief Answer:
As explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Hair whitening is usually hereditary or vitamin deficiency. You can take
Tab. Revilus once a day for 3 to 4 months.
Tab. Kerablak once a day for 3 months

You can also get some blood tests done to rule out other conditions such as haemoglobin level, and thyroid profile

I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further if any.
Regards.
