Question: Hi Sir/Madam, This is regarding my kid facing some white spot with two black spots under the eye. Please find attached photo of this We observed this from the last 25 days. We consult dermatologist near by, she prescribed two ointments. We used from the 4 days. But no improvement we observed. May I know the reason for this. Thank you

I have seen the only photo you uploaded which shows the ointments .
Send the skin picture too.
Based on the medicines prescribed , these are very strong medicines for eczema or allergy.
If these are not working , then it may not be correct treatment.
Send the skin photo to understand better

Saw the photos .
Looks like fungal infection.
I usually recommend anti fungal soap like Ketaconazole soap for face wash three times daily.
Also apply emollients like zinc oxide ointment along with Ketaconazole cream both twice daily ( can be applied together too )
