Question: i got my spine surgery disectomy in nov 21 of L4 L5.but.pain in my leg jas started again.pls guide further

Do you have pain which is radiating in nature from hip to legs?
Do you have history of injury or sprain?
In that case, I would suggest you to consult with neurosurgeon for detailed clinical examination. He may prescribe MRI back or Doppler test for legs as per evaluation.
Till then for pain, you can take tablet brufen 400 mg. Apply diclofenac gel or spray locally. You can use crape bandage.
Along with that keep yourself hydrated. Take balanced diet.
