Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the attached report. There is mild rise in lymphocytes which suggests an infection. Fever can happen due to infection anywhere in the body. Do contact your physician for proper antibiotics. Till then start taking paracetamol 500mg every 6 hours to help with the symptoms.
