Why My Stool Is Irregular From Time To Time?
Question: Over the past few weeks I have had a high diet and fiber fruits and vegetables and I was only drinking water no soda or juice and now my stool has been loose like type 6 on the Bristol stool chart is this normal? My stool is regular from time to time

Fiber adds to the bulk of the stool.
So with a high fiber diet , you should have only well formed stools ( Type 3 & 4 in the Chart).
If you are having Type 6, it means you have loose stools.
Drink enough fluids to remain well hydrated.
