Why My Wife 40 Year, Is Feeling Sleepy Throughout The Day, Including Night?
Question: My wife, 40 year, is feeling sleepy throughout the day, including night. She is not able to focus on the work. She is on thyroid tablet 100mg daily once.
We got the below test done recently, but not sure how to upload the reports

All the reports of your wife are well within normal range and there is nothing to panic. However, her TSH value is a little on the higher end. She need not increase her thyroid medicine dosage for this. Just make sure she takes the current medicine 100mcg dose regularly and on time everyday.
Her sleepiness throughout the day and night, could be due to lack of interest in daily activities and lack of motivation.
She is likely to benefit from positive reinforcement therapy. You may want to discuss it with her doctor or take an appointment for the same with a psychologist who can help her.
