Why Pg Test Strip Test Showing Different Result?
Question:
Hello, I had iui on the 25th of last month, had a pg test strip test on the 2nd of this month that came +ve. Went for the blood test on the 9th of this month that came out -ve. Now I feel light cramps in my legs and lower back, frequent need to urinate. Kindly give some health advise.

The symptoms you have could be due to pregnancy or a miscarriage. Pregnancy has to be ruled out well at first. An IUI may not cause symptoms unless there is an infection that can occur due to the procedure.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for a detailed examination. She/He might run tests to rule out pregnancy first. In case the pregnancy test comes back negative, then there is a need to rule out infection which has to be addressed at the earliest.
