Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
The intense itching is because of pruritis Ani and medications called steroids would be given along with anti histaminic like cetrizine to relieve the itching.
For fissure you have to keep your stools soft and watery by using lots of laxative and no straining while defecation.
Calcium channel blockers can also be applied locally over anus to heal fissure.
Thanks.

Hi there,
To stop Hemorrhoid from bleeding usually laser surgery is required but still if you want to give medicines a try use preperation-H over the counter 3 times a day or every time after passing stools for 12 days.
Weakness is likely due to blood loss and that's causing dizziness...
I would suggest you to take over the counter iron pills to improve your hemoglobin in blood as daily body is losing blood with stool..Drink plenty of water 3 litres per day atleast
Try this for a week and then revert back.

Ahh pins and needles in hand..I am sorry but you are not clearly giving your history and that's why answers are not up to the mark.
You GTT was not normal.
Increase in blood sugar level if not controlled for a long time starts to destroy nerves in body.
Nerves have top most covering called myelin sheath which is attacked and destroyed by high glucose levels...This causes burning and sensation of pricking in hands and arms fingers etc.
As nerves are getting effected your brain also recieves false signals from nerve and hence causing dizziness.
I would suggest you following tests-
1)HbA1C- will tell 3 month condition of your blood sugar.
2)Serum vitamin B12 and folic acid levels.
3)Start taking Methyl covalamine 1200mcg (vitamin B12) once daily.
4)For initial control of dizziness if you can get take prochlorperazine 5 mg tablet once a day.
But you need to control your blood sugar..As diabetis is main cause of problems.
You have not mentioned your age sex duration of problem pregnancy(if female) etc.
Please provide all details for a good answer.
Regards!
