Question: This for an urgologist My right side of my testicle Hurts me when I’m about to orgasm I keep at but apparently no blood in it Whsts this sensation I’m getting at like I never experienced before cancer apparently everything looks normal what do u say doc be concerned it’s my right side testicle you think it’s infection of the testiclr egst do I do thsnks id this life and death situation what do h think thanks

Based on the facts pain in your Rt testicle that you get before orgasm is most likely to be due to mild infection of either Epididymis or Testicle .

Take antbiotics like Ciprofloxacin and Nitrofuantoin long with anti inflammatory drug like Brufen or Diclofenac twice daily for a week.

If the problem persists get Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum done to establish diagnosis .

I been doing research I think it’s epidymatis I have a feeling but can u get it it from orgasm though if a person dies it’s own
