Why Should I Avoid High Fiber Foods?
Question: I eat popcorn to help keep good bowel movements.. i just had a colonoscopy with a two day prep. After the procedure ,I ate popcorn in the the after the early morning procedure. Then i read in the documents i received that i should avoid high fiber foods for. 1. To 2 days. Now i am worried. What should. I do.?? Did i make a bad mistake?

Thank you for reply. Colo was for follow up appointment . Last. Colo was. 4 years. Ago.. I did receive some post colo report that there were. Many polyps and a large. 2 inch polyp at serum. Very disturbing.. I appreciate HealthCareMagic. I have had a bowl movement. I will monitor this. But disturbed by report. Report also stated I had polyps in stomach. What can cause such significant changes in 3to. 4 years. Is surgery to remove a large polyp from the cecum area must more difficult from other colon polyps?
