Question: when I m in standing position my leg is paining and I can see slight swelling on my knee , not constant paining but whenever I m in standing position for long , will start paining in leg and weast

Mild pain in legs after standing for long time can be due mild decrease in joint lubricants or weak muscles due to lack of exercise, decreased levels of calcium, etc. Few tests can help in proper diagnosis.
Till then start doing knee strengthening exercises under guidance of a physiotherapist.
