Brief Answer:
Please vist ER

Detailed Answer:
From the information provided here, it sounds loke a constipation or bowels obstruction. It might be due to adhesions, some mass in the larfe intestine or there might be no obvious reason at all.
Unfortunatelly we can not distinguish here if the reason i serious or not. I suggest You to consult ER and have abdominal X-ray done. If no obstruction seen, colonoscopy is the next step. Please do nkt wait with it.

I had an abdominal ultrasound 2 weeks ago there is no blockage or anything serious going on … I have seen my gp she has indicated that by physical exam and ultrasound it is backed up stool

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound can be fine and does not seen obstruction

Detailed Answer:
Well, abdominal ultrasound can not diagnose it. Mostly You see gas inside intestines and large intestin is hardly visible and especially any obstruction.
I do not tell You have an obstructio, I ask You to rule it out. Unfortunatelly this service does not provide physical examination which is very importan in diagnosing abdominal pain.
