Brief Answer:
Uncontrolled diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your query and your attached reports.
I can understand your concern.

Your sister has hiigh blood sugar levels and high HbA1C result.
This means that for the last three months her diabetes is out of control.

Considering her actual level of HbA1C result, the insulin is indicated to normalise in short time the blood sugar levels during all the day.

Anyway to decide the most appropriate therapy for her diabetes i need more information about her age and the old medication & the actual treatement.
Her MBI is normal( 22,1 kg/m2).This means that it won't be dificcult to take control of her diabetes.

Waiting your reply.
Wish you good health.
