Why There Is Inflammation At The Spot Over Right Forearm?
Question: i have had a severe pain in my right forearm for a couple of months. It is below my elbow in a localized spot about a third of the way down my arm below my elbow. It is very painful and I cannot lift anything more than a few pounds without it causing pain to shoot up my arm. I have taken ibuprofen but it doesn't seem to help the pain.

I do have a red spot which I assume is psoriasis, it is clearing up with topical medication. I do not have any fever or other symptoms
