Why There Is Slight Discoloration Near The Back Of My Neck?

Question: I had asked you a question about DVT and varicose veins. Hope you are able to access those when seeing this question.
I now have a different issue - There is slight discoloration near the back of my neck (kind of greenish color that happens when you are hit with force). My INR value was high when I checked on 20th March (4.06) and I had reduced the dosage after that. This photo was taken four days after that. Is the discoloration because of a higher INR?
Earlier too I have had more reddish discolorations when my INR is high although they were more reddish.
Are such discolorations serious? The one that I have on my back - is it because of internal bleeding or something similar?

Sorry, attached the photos now. The very dark red colour is the old photo and behind the neck is the new photo
Brief Answer:
As detailed
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for photos.
Acitrom can cause the red patches of pigmentation as you have shown in one photo.
Another photos of back of neck and upper back:
There is no clear-cut discoloration as I thought about with your history.
The nape of neck shows discoloration at and below hairline. This can be due to old ecchymosis or purpura caused by Acitrom and the blood pigment changing color over time.
The upper back shows no definite discoloration and can be natural change of skin color one can get with age or use of synthetic clothes (not pure cotton), rubbing, due to multivitamin deficiency and so on. A small dilated vein alone can be seen.
Well, in spite of all these, we have to maintain the INR in normal range for Acitrom... As said in earlier question this should be well calculated by regular INR check and get the dose adjusted by your treating Doctor, preferably a Hematologist.
I hope this answer clears your doubts.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries.
As said earlier Dehydration should be avoided at any cost to avoid DVT. This is very important.
Also avoid any medicines that can potentiate the effects of Acitrom and will be available with your Doctor.
Take care.

Thank you so much doctor. That helps. I also felt that at the time i had my first two DVTs I may have been a little dehydrated as well. The doctor who treated me the first time also asked me to keep drinking enough water. Thanks for emphasizing the importance of this again.
I forgot to mention that I visited a doctor and he has prescribed a new medicine - Rivaban - instead of Acitrom. I will start taking it only tomorrow as I need to leave a gap of 5 days without Acitrom.
The doctor tole me i do not need to do anything about DVT/Varicose Veins except wearing stockings and that once a clot happens in the leg, it will never go away like the clots in the heart. I am attaching the scan report for your reference. Would like to know your suggestions as well. (The doctor was very young with about 10 years of experience; I have not found an experienced General Surgeon yet as you suggested).

Thanks for your feedback.
Great to know about new medicine will be started - Ravaban.
Noted the result of recent color Doppler. Surely yes, we can wait. But better to have ligation of incompetent
perforators as mentioned in recent report whenever possible.
Better to have regular review Color Doppler as this alone will help to see for prognosis and need for any direct actions.
The medical line of treatment remains the same.
I am sure you will find a Surgeon to help you out as we discussed.
Elevation of lower limbs above heart level helps to drain the stagnant blood in veins (while resting in sofa and bed)
Take care and give follow up.
