Why This Urgency Happened Could It Be Bladder Irritation Or Something Like That?
Question: Dear doctor,
Last year I suffered from frequent urination and urgency for about two months. No other symptoms are exist. I did in my country GUE, Ultrasound, doppler, CT scan, digital rectal exam and cystoscopy and all required investigation and no abnormalities was seen at all . At that time doctors told me not to do anything and the symptoms were disappeared after 2 months completely. Now after one year, I suffered again from urgency and frequency like every 30 minutes with no other associated symptoms.
Why this urgency happened ? Could it be bladder irritation or something like that ? Is there a way to manage that urgency and decrease it ?

Based on the facts that you have posted in absence of any abnormality dtected on relevant investigations incresed frequency foor urination associated with Urgency that you have is most likely to be due to what is called as Over Active Bladder Syndrome(OAB).
Start taking combination of Merabegrone 25 mg and Solifenacin 5mg twice daily .
It will take 10-15 days to observe the results .You will need to take medicines for 3 months .
