Brief Answer:
I recommend going to the ER.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Considering the seizures, I would recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and some tests: complete blood tests, PCR, kidney and liver function tests, glucose levels, thyroid hormone levels, blood electrolytes.

Have you suffered from seizures before?

The swollen tummy could be related to a gastroesophageal infection or indigestion.

Do you feel nauseous ?

I remain at your disposal in case of further questions whenever you need!

Kind regards.
