Why Was The Temperature Goes Up High Suddenly ?
Question: Doctor,
he temperature goes down, and I get a bit of a cold and body pain, i took a medicine dolo 650 mg in night and took sleep,
The next morning, that was yesterday, i was fine almost all day, around 7 pm I started feeling throat pain with and sometimes dry cough with mild body pain (reason may be, i was with a person who is having dry cough.)
yesterday i took betnesol, roxylab, comon before sleeping
now I am feeling better without body pain but with throat pain and a bit of cough.
please prescribe.

As per your history you have throat pain ,bodyache , cough...which are symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection.
You require antibiotics like Amoxclav 625 mg twice a day after physician consultation.
For pain you can take Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg twice a day.
If you do not get relieved from the antibiotic course then you may require further blood investigations and chest x ray for further management after physician consultation.
Till then you can do the following to soothe yourself.
Do Salt water or betadine gargles.
Take steam inhalation.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Can take herbal teas with honey and ginger.
Have proper rest.
Take Light diet..
Avoid outside junk foods
