Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed information below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going to the medical query raised by you and all the details provided, yeah, I would like to tell you that from the symptoms and the ECG report yet the probability of having an underlying coronary artery disease are there.

However the overall blood work up seems alright. His symptoms are typical of angina (chest pain due to underlying heart disease).

The medications which he is taking presently should be optimised. This can be done only after knowing the underlying coronary artery disease status.

So, in nutshell he needs a coronary angiography to decide further course of treatment.

Kind regards
