Question: Observed temporary heaviness, sometime pain in right eye. After closing eyes or moving away from screen for some time feel relax.

Hello,

Thanks for the question. This could be computer vision syndrome causing dry eyes . You can use some lubricant eye drops which have carboxy methycellulose and take a break by blinking your eyes every 20 mins when off screen . If it still persists please see an ophthalmologist who could prescribe some screen protective glasses.
