Why Would I Experience Electric Shock Like Radiations Through My Pectoral Muscles Intermittently?

Question: Ok. I been having an electric bolt of pain that last one second on both sides of my pectoral muscles that scare the crap out of me because it radiates downward for a few inches. The other day the bolt shot up to my chin. Am I about to have a heart attack? Or some other major issue with my heart? My dr gave me a EKG the other day for a visit when I was congested. Said everything was normal. I been getting them like every other day for the past 6 months. No other symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that pricking type of pain in chest for a second or two are generally not cardiac but being diabetic you should get a basic cardiac evaluation.
Being diabetic you are at higher risk to develop heart disease than a non- diabetic person. You need to keep an eye on your cholesterol levels, your diet and physical activity.
Kindly upload your ECG and get an Echocardiography and treadmill Test done and get back to me with reports.
Kindly revert with required information so that I can assist you.
Kind Regards
