Brief Answer:
Overstrain

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

This is overstrain. This is part of what is labelled as Computer vision syndrome.
Take care of yourself.Starting with a 5 minutes break every 30 to 45 minutes.Use this break to do eye movement exercise, thereby improving the circulation of blood around the eye.
Diet, exercise and rest properly to improve your general health, thereby avoiding these lifestyle problems.
I am presuming that you are physically ok and blood sugar and BP are controlled. If the problem recurred, then you have to be subjected to detailed eye examination and physical checkup.
