Why Would I Have A Worsening Red Rash On My Vagina At 9 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Question: I have a red rash on my vagina and I'm 9 weeks pregnant it's itchy but only seems to be external it started of small but has gradually gotton worse this week is it herpes?

Hello,

Perhaps it is a fungal/ yeast infection. Doesn't sound like herpes. Herpes is usually painful and is associated with burning sensation on passing urine.

It's not a burning sensation it's more itchy and irritated than anything please see attached photos

I have sent the photos to the attachment mail box, I have also attempted to send an image in the "report " section. Please can you review them? does a fungal infection/yeast infection make you itch in all areas down there?

I have viewed the images.
I think you have got ingrown hairs from shaving. It is neither herpes nor it is yeast infection.
I suggest you to apply an OTC topical antibiotic ointment e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin 2 %ointment, twice daily for a week.
