Brief Answer:
Rule out yeast infection

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Since chlamydia and gonorrhea have already been ruled out, yeast infection like candida should be considered. Microscopic evaluation of the discharge can confirm the diagnosis. Management is with an antifungal agent like clotrimazole.

Hope this answers your question
