Brief Answer:
If your throats are swollen then you should consult an Ent surgeon.

Detailed Answer:
Hii . If your throats are swollen then you should consult an Ent surgeon. It mat be due to acute tonsillitis or any other swelling in the pharynx. It may be also due to any swelling in the submandibular gland or thyroid gland. So you need to do a endoscopy of the larynx to rule out any pathology in the upper air way and larynx. You also need to do a usg neck to rule out any pathology of the neck either in the thyroid, submandibular or parotid gland. Treatment will be according to the finding Follow the advice and review if you have any queries.
