Brief Answer:
Looks like muscular but very little information to surely say this.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The information you provided are too little to say something for sure. However it appears that the pain is a muscular one. I wonder if the pain is a boring type and worsens with movement of the body like changing posture , and that if it started after some heavy work or brisk change of posture ; then it would be a muscular one. here you need not to worry a lot .Massage , heat application, and some over the counter pain killer may be all that is needed.

However if the pain is very severe or associated with weakness or any other alarm symptoms like difficulty in breathing , or if you have cough with phlegm and fever ; then i would advise you see your doctor as it may be from the lungs ( but this appears less likely ) or if there is any difficulty in urination or change in urine color this may be related to kidney, again you would need seeing your doctor.
However if no such symptoms I hopes all will be fine in little time .

Hopes I have answered your question. I will be glad to answer any further question about this. Please do not hesitate to ask anything else you need to know.
kind Regards
Dr Rahman.

Brief Answer:
This Does not mean it's very serious but would need more attention

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In fact if you do have a bad cough this would need attention. However It does not mean that this is very serious until you have difficulty in breathing or dyspnea .so no need to get panic ( if you are otherwise fine , not short of breath ) , but yes this would be great if you see your doctor to get an x-ray and ecg done.
Hopes all would be fine .I would be very happy to answer any further question if you have .
