Why Would There Be Difficulty For The Fetus To Obtain Cardiac Activity At 6 Weeks?
Question: Am 28 year old having a baby girl of 3 year old.we are trying for second baby and am pregnant on 2016 Sep.first sonography done on 10th week and no heart beat were found.and done DNC on october 2016. My husband in abroad doctor told me that before he came you should take ASA tablet and follic acid.I am take these tablet before two month he arrive and also take that month when he came. Unfortunately I am not conceive that time. Now this march he came.this time she gave me ecosprin 75 follic acid before two month.i am taking these tablet are from January 14/1/2018.my periods on January 1.on February it was on feb 2.that month she gave me to take susten SR 200 for 12 days starting on 16.2.2018.in march husband came and no perods on march 2. We consult doctor she gave primoult-N tab and siphene 50 mg on d3 of periods.I am not take these medicine.but continue to take ecosprin 75 and mvista.. after that am having periods on march 6. On 7 th April done a pregency test using kit. On 21/4/18 consult gyenec again went through first sonography.sonographer told me that no foetus there is a bubble seen inside uterus and no cardiac activity at present. Doctor suggest another sono gram after two weeks. She gave me ecosprin 75, mvista, projesterone SR 400 for three weeks. On May 4 I'm done second sonography it shows no definite cardiac activity.and single interauterine gestation of 6 weeks and 1 day. Doctor told we have to wait one week for another scan.if no heart beat found go for another dnc.plese doctor advise me iam ina deep sad please

is any chance to find heart beat .Is there any hope for the baby... my last period on 6/3/18 and scaning revels gestation of 6 weeks and 1 days.what is the reason for this. Can i conceive naturallay without any medication after two miscarriages. My husband is diabetic since last 6 month.on march his sugar level is 168 on fasting and 188 after taking food.is sugar cause any problems to the baby.what type of treatment should i start for a helathy baby.
