Why Would There Be Pain From Back Of My Neck Till The Right Hand Fingers?

Question: hello Doctor, my wife is having pain from back of her neck till right hand fingers. she is not able to lift anything with her hand. we got the X-ray done too. but nothing came in that report. can you help why this would be paining?

I have gone through the details. I would like to know from when is she having this pain. It looks like it is due to some pressure on nerves. I would suggest you get an MRi and visit an orthopedic spine surgeon for a detailed examination and treatment at the earliest as she is having weakness.

we visited orthopedic doctor and he gave pain killer.

From when does she have these symptoms? It would help me if I can know which medicine she is taking now. I would suggest you get an MRI Cervical spine and whole spine screening.
