Wife Suffering From Tooth Pain RCT Done Getting Regularly Again Doctor Doing RCT

Usually after once RCT finishes the pain will subside
Detailed Answer:
Hii, first of all thank you for approaching us with your query. I read through your query. I must say that usually after first sitting of Rct gets over there will be slight pain. But once RCT gets over pain will subside. Sometimes rct may take may take more than 2 appointments because
of the long standing infection to subside. So nothing to be worried. It will be filled once the root is completely devoid of infection. And also following RCT , crown should be placed so that the tooth may not break and also to enhance the strength of tooth while biting. So wait for the rct to get completed.
Do warm salt water gargle also in that area. Avoid biting on hard substances from that side. Hope you understood what I meant . Thank you and have a healthy day. Dr Rohit

It wil be fine once the rct is finished
Detailed Answer:
Hiii , first of thank you for your followup query. I saw the attachments and it states that left back tooth is infected. And the rct has already started 6 days back. So it may take a week or two to finish the rct . Once rct is completed the pain will subside. Usually once the rct has started it should reduce pain. Sometimes its like the root canal might not be completely cleaned which can result in pain. In my opinion you should take the medicines given by your doc or if the pain is more try taking amoxicillin for 3 times for 5 days and meftal forte for 3 times for 5 days and go for next appointment. Once the tooth is filled completely pain will subside. So nothing to worry. Do take warm salt water gargle and avoid biting from that side. It will be fine . Nothing to be worried at all. Hope you understood what I meant. Thank you and have a healthy day. Dr Rohit

Please get a second opinion from Endodontist
Detailed Answer:
Hiii thank you again for the follow up query. I saw the latest attachment and I must say that please consult another doctor who has MDS in Endodontics(specialist in root canals) because since its been 3 months and no relief in pain means the infection may not have subsided. Please take a second opinion from any specialist (endodontist). Its always better to get a second opinion. Or otherwise you may have to get it extracted(which is the last option). Hope you understood what I meant. Thank you and have a healthy day.

Yes do cleaning with machine
Detailed Answer:
Hii thank you for your followup query. I read through your query . I must suggest that its better to go for cleaning of teeth (scaling) using the machine. The yellowish thing is called calculus and stains. It will be cleaned using machine. Nothing to be worried in this. Hope you understood what I meant. Thank you and have a healthy day. Dr Rohit
