Question: Hello doctor, my wife's period missed by 11 days but getting very faint line in urine pregnancy test, is there any chance of pregnancy?

As per your description these symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance but it could be due to pregnancy also( though the chances are very very low)
But as you missed your period it could be an anovulatory cycle( due to hormonal changes) or due to pregnancy ( if precum contain sperm)

But pregnancy symptoms like nausea, dizziness present & also my wife's period is normal with 28 days cycle. Our gynecologist advise us to do ptegnancy test after 10 days & also advise to do beta hcg blood test. Also earlier urine test after 6 days of missed period there was also a faint line in urine pregnancy test.
Hello doctor my semen analysis as follows, Volume 1.5 ml, sperm court - 150mil/ml, total sperm count in ejaculation- 2.3 mil, motility 92%, progressive motilty - 72%, morphology- 96%, All other factor is normal & age is 35,Kindly advise
