Will Adderall Be Detected In A Drug Urine Test?

The half life of adderall is around 10 hours which means that almost all of adderall available in the system gets eliminated in 50-60 hours or in two-three days. Since you have the test after one week it is rightly possible that you will not be detected positive.
In case they go for hair test it may show positive unto 90 days and there is good possibility that you will be tested positive.
