Brief Answer:
Anabolic steroids

Detailed Answer:
1 It is quite unlikely that having taken decaneurabol for a month in the manner you have described above in your question, will have permanent consequences on your body's own natural Testosterone (T) levels.

So it is extremely unlikely that as a result of those 4 injections, your current blood levels of T are low, and that you will need lifelong TRT.

However, to be 100% sure, you need to consult and Endocrinologist in-person who will have the opportunity to thoroughly examine you and run blood tests for

Total Testosterone
SHBG
Albumin

in the morning by 9 am ,preferably fasting. If levels are low, they will need to rechecked on a second occasion, with further tests such as

LH
FSH
Prolactin
Transferrin Saturation

These are just some representative examples of how I approach patients like you in my practice.

2 TRT typically refers to the appropriate medical prescription of Testosterone, usually by hormone experts ie Endocrinologists, for the purpose of treating men with an accurate diagnosis of 'Androgen Deficiency'.
It is different from Decaneurabol which is an anabolic steroid, not made naturally by the human body, while Testosterone is the main male hormone made in the body.

It is completely inadvisable to take Anabolic Steroids because they are unsafe and harmful
