Brief Answer:
It is better to complete full course.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
It is always better to complete the full course of TB medicines. Incomplete treatment may results in antibiotic resistance and recurrence of disease.
Can you specify your treatment regime and drugs you are taking in the follow up query?
Thanks

Sir, with all due respect that did not answer my question at all. i am aware that its best to finish the treatment. I needed to know if there were great short term risks that would be brought on by stopping the antibiotic. i dont think you want to answer that however. Thank you for your time.

Detailed Answer:
If you have inactive(latent)TB infection, there are TB bacteria in your body, but you do not have any symptoms.

It’s very important to take your TB medicine exactly as prescribed.
If you skip before the full course, most cases nothing will happen, but there are possibilities that Your TB infection could turn into active TB disease. With active TB, you will have symptoms and you can pass TB on to your contacts, more over it may turn to drug resistant TB which can be dangerous and fatal.
Thanks
