Will Ibuprofen Reduce TMJ Syndrome Pain ?
Question: Hello there,
I have tmj syndrome. I’ve had it for years. The other day I took a bite out of a burger, opened my mouth a little wider than usual and felt my left jaw click! It’s been painful since then, for 3-4 days now. The pain is not as bad as it was at first. It’s 4/10 when I open my mouth. Have been taking Ibuprofen for it. Will this go away on its own? Should I seek medical attention? This has never happened before.
