Will Neuro Optimizer Supplement Help With Lack Of Focus And Concentration While Weaning Off Vyvanse?

Question: I am 57 yrs old, 100 lb female with newly diagnosed adult adhd. I started on Vyvanse 2 months ago but found it made me lose too much weight and also caused dizziness when i did strenuous exercise. I have taken and still do, Bupoprian (Wellbutrin) for 15 yrs. I got off Vyvanse 4 days ago and of course can't seem to do anything but sit and deal with withdrawals...basically not get anything done. I have a new job that I need to perform actively (outside sales). I was taking 40mg of Vyvanse due to no effects of anything lower. I have not told my doctor yet that i got off...plus I did not pick up last prescription due to being in between insurance. Do supplements like Neuro Optimizer work to help focus, etc. I am not a hyper adhd but a non focus, no concentration adult adhd.
