But bleeding was heavy only once...after that only spotting was there....then after that she used susten 300 ..i am scared if it will be incomplete abortion or something like that....because i was expecting lot more bleeding....but after she used susten 300 i think bleeding has stopped....pls help

Because heavy bleeding usually occurs only for 1-2days and then spotting for 13-14days.woman experiences passing of products of conception(fetus in sac).Tablet susten does not prevent abortion process.
I would suggest that you should go for ultrasound to confirm complete abortion after 2weeks.
