Will Uprise D3 In Diet Help Improve Pain Condition And Mobility?
Question: Dear Doc - My mother is 71 years old , Diabetic , CABG Patient . Insulin dependent . Since last 4-5 months , her pain while walking has increased (she leads a sedentary lifestyle) . She had an old injury of mild Lumbar Canal Stenosis in 2012 . As of now she takes in pain killers on an SOS basis . My question is can I add Uprise D3 60K (once a week for 8 weeks) to her regime ? Will this improve her pain condition and mobility ? Her Vitamin D reading is 25.4
