Brief Answer:
No interaction of intraarticular shot with any medicine/medcial condition.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for query dear patient,
Intra articular injection of any steroid is not going to interact with any medications you are taking orally or its not going to have any affect on any disease you are having(except knee pain).Intra articular injection means that drug is injected directly at the site of problem and is not absorbed in blood stream etc.
Take Imodium 4mg stat for controlling your loose stools(Over the counter).
Your doctor asked you to stop taking blood thinners?
As per your query rest assured and go for steroid shot.
Regards.
