Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
See details below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear thank you for attaching the reports.
According to the ultrasound report there is a reactive lymph node, 6,3 mm in the left submandibular region. The blood count also shows slightly elevated white blood cells.
This means that most probably the lymph nodes is swollen because of an infection.
I think you should not worry about this lymph node because it doesn't seem related to anything serious like cancer you mentioned.
Also the report shows a 3.7 mm thyroid cyst.
It is not likely to go away on its own.
You may need to do keep it under control by doing thyroid ultrasound once a year and also thyroid hormones levels.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

The lump in my neck seems to be getting bigger. I am so scared this is sinister
Brief Answer:
It doesn't seem sinister
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thank you for asking again.
According to the ultrasound report and blood count it isn't sinister. I think you don't need to worry about it. Better wait one or two weeks and if you still think that it is getting bigger you may do another ultrasound to check it.
