Brief Answer:
Need frequent follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been detected on routine check up to have renal calcification on left side .

It is customary to find renal calcification in kidney when X-ray are being taken as apart of routine examination without having any symptoms .

It has no clinical significance however one needs to get investigated further and get following basic tests done
1) Serum Calcium levels to rule out Hypercalcemia
2) Routine urine test to rule out infection
3) Renal function tests.
4) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis to rule out presence of stones.

Since you do not have any problem you need not worry at all but you need to have regular follow up with your physician and get these test done .

The incidence of stone formation is higher in a person having hypercalcemia .

Ensure to drink more water and take and take Vit B-6,and (Citralka) thrice daily.

As regards enlarged prostate detected recently .If you do not have any obstructive voiding symptoms nothing should be done

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
