Half is the period of time required for the concentration or amount of drug in the body to be reduced by one-half. So whatever drug is ingested half of it is cleared from the body during this period.

Cocaine half life varies from 2 hours to 3 days depending upon quantity and duration of intake, physical factors , genetic factors and diet. .In your case small amount ingested first time. So almost most of the drug would be cleared from the body in 12 hours and cannot be detected with urine test.
