Will High Pus Cells Count In Urine During Pregnancy Affect The Fetus?

Question: Hi,
I am in my 8th month of pregnancy...33 weeks..While doing uring routine test it was found that there were 40-50 pus cells. My doctor has asked me to do a urine culture test...The result will take 2 days....
Meanwhile i am very anxious about it. Should i be concerned ? Will it affect my baby?
I have been drinking 6 litres of water.
