Brief Answer:
Don't worry should not be a problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually spray paint can be irritating to the lungs.
The person inhaling it can get cough or Wheezing.
But if you were wearing a mask part of the time and you were well without any issues I think there is no need to worry.
Nothing will happen to your fetus.
Even if you had some cough it should not cause any problems to your fetus because the exposure was only for a short period.
Wishing you good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
