Question: Iam in 14th day of cycle i did folliculometry and i have two large ovum in both side 21, 19 mm and endometrial thickness is 10 mm ,, any help for concieving ?

You are about to ovulate, may be in 1-2 days. So do sex in 1-2 days to achieve highest chances of conceiving.
