YES, she can undergo home pregnancy test at anytime (even after completion of medicine) after missing her regular period.

More than 99% POSITIVE result is achieved 7 days after missed period. If you have any doubt, then pregnancy must be ruled out in this context.

SYSRON-N (or Progesterone tab) is useful to induce period in the ABSENCE of pregnancy ONLY. It is NOT useful if she is PREGNANT.

In that case, medical abortion (with abortion pill) should be done under the guidance of LOCAL GYNECOLOGIST.
