Brief Answer:
Yes , will helpful .

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Conservative treatment for a torn meniscus includes rest, ice, compression, elevation, NSAID's, physical therapy, and you may have a knee brace to wear. Meniscus tears can be recurrent, however a surgical treatment may help prevent the recurrence of the tears.
The physical therapy program goals are to minimize the effusion, normalize gait, normalize pain-free range of motion, prevent muscular atrophy, maintain proprioception, and maintain cardiovascular fitness.
Synvisc is a treatment that involves cushioning your knee joint with injections of a gel-like fluid. The fluid acts as a shock absorber and enables the bones to move more smoothly. This helps improve your mobility and decrease your pain.
