This is really a forensic question. It has come up in a case that I am helping with. I am not a lawyer, but the defendant needs support. There is nothing tricky about this question. I am not trying to rope you into a legal situation. What happened was that an expert testified that fluid he identified as semen by using a PSA test, was semen in spite of the fact that it had no sperm in it. My layman's understanding is that such fluid would most likely be pre-ejaculate. No certainty, but that is the most likely conclusion. However that conclusion depends on pre-ejaculate showing the same positive from a PSA test as semen. So that is my question to you. Will pre-ejaculate give the same positive on a PSA test that semen does?
