Brief Answer:
Can you provide picture of the affected areas...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Minor injuries should heal with the aforementioned treatment. You need a tetanus shot since the injury sustained was on a road. You may also need some medicines for pain relief. I suggest tab tolpa D (diclofenac + serratiopeptidase) twice a day for couple of days.
If you can provide pictures of the affected region, I might be able to know if you need any more treatment for the same.
Hope this helps.
Regards

Hi,
Thank you for the quick advice.
I have attached the pictures of my wounds. Please have a look.
The accident was on last Friday and it has passed 72 hrs. Will it have any positive effect if I take the tetanus now?
The pain is very less, so didn't take any pain killer.
Expecting your guidance and expert advice.
Thank you for you assistance.

Brief Answer:
Take tetanus shot....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The wound is covered with the topical agent. I am unable to appreciate progress of healing. It seems to be in the right direction though. Therefore for now, I don't think we need to add any more to the aforementioned treatment plan. If you develop pain, swelling or discharge from the affected area, report back to the doctor.
Yes, tetanus shot is necessary though its more than 72 hours. The earlier the better it will be.
Hope I have addressed your concern. Let me know if you have any other specific questions.
Regards
