Will Taking Paternia XT For 15 Days Increase Sperm Motility And Morphology?
Question: Hi Doctor,
I done my Advanced semen analysis, and found 0 % sperm motility and morphology with no DFI because of no sperm, doctor ask me to take Paternia XT fro 15 days and re done semen analysis, will taking Paternia XT for 15 days increase sperm motility and morphology? let me know.

I have seen your semen analysis.The report varies from lab to lab and person to person checking it.
In this the abstinence is 10 days.
I suggest you to repeat next time with 3 to 5 days of sexual abstinence and make sure that the initial part of semen is not spilled.
If the report is same again you need to consult an XXXXXXX to rule out any HORMONAL abnormalities,infection or severe grade of varicocele .These are the commonest causes of low sperm count.

My Doctor asked me to repeat Semen analysis from same Clinic and clinic will also do DFI and ROS, will it be feasible to do DFI and ROS ?
I also did Ultrasound and have Bilateral grade II/III varicocele (left > right), what will be the overall conclusion of low or 0 sperm count, please let me know doctor.

If you are having grade 3 varicocele discuss with your urologist regarding microscopic varicocelectomy and chances of improvement of your sperm after surgery.
